Opened in 1975, Walibi Belgium is located just outside Brussels and is the original park of the three Walibi parks still operating in Europe. In recent years, Walibi Belgium has undergone a major multi year expansion and refurbishment plan, transforming large areas of the park with new themed zones, modern infrastructure, and several headline attractions. These developments have significantly elevated the park’s reputation, helping it become recognised as one of the top theme parks in Europe.

Walibi Belgium Roller Coasters

Walibi Belgium features ten roller coasters, with the standout being Kondaa, the tallest and fastest coaster in the Benelux. Built by Intamin, Kondaa focuses on airtime and includes a unique non-inverting cobra roll. Pulsar is another major highlight, a Mack Rides multi-launch water coaster located centrally in the park.

The newest addition to the park is Mecalodon, a next-generation Gerstlauer multi-launch family coaster located within the newly developed Dock World area. The ride sits beside another Gerstlauer family coaster, Tiki-Waka, already one of the park’s most popular attractions. As part of the Dock World expansion, Psyke Underground also received a retheme, restoring its original Turbine identity to better suit the new area.

The park also offers a strong selection of Vekoma coasters, including a Boomerang, a Suspended Looping Coaster (SLC), and a very rare wooden Vekoma coaster, Loup Garou / Werewolf.
